Roles & Responsibilities

NACE acts solely as an introducer. All regulated activities – including onboarding, execution, settlement, and custody – are performed by our partners, and you will contract with them directly.

01. NACE (Introducer Only)

NACE’s role is limited to introductions to third-party service providers such as ALT5 and
other approved partners.

NACE does not:

  • Provide exchange, trading, custody, settlement, or payment services.
  • Hold, manage, or control client funds or digital assets.
  • Perform regulated activities as defined by applicable financial regulations.
  • Open, operate, or monitor client accounts.

NACE does:

  • Facilitate introductions to approved providers.
  • Provide general information about partner services.
  • Support communication between you and the partner where helpful.
  • Maintain this website and related marketing materials.

All onboarding, account creation, transaction handling, and operational processes are handled exclusively by the partner you contract with.

02. ALT5 and Other Service Partners

Once you choose to proceed with a provider we introduce, all regulated or operational services are delivered directly by that partner. This includes:

  • Client onboarding & due diligence
  • Account creation and verification
  • Execution of transactions (e.g., crypto fiat, trades, settlements)
  • Custody and safekeeping of assets
  • Settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Ongoing compliance and monitoring

You will enter into a direct agreement with the relevant partner, and all services will be governed by their terms, policies, and regulatory permissions.

03. No Client Funds Held by NACE

NACE never receives, holds, or controls client money, digital assets, or settlement flows at any stage.
All funds and assets move only between you and the partner you contract with.

04. Regulatory Oversight

Any regulatory supervision applies to the licensed partner providing the services, not to NACE.
Details of a partner’s licensing, registration, and jurisdiction will be provided in their own documentation and should be reviewed carefully before proceeding.
